Nabeela Suliman

Nabeela Suliman completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Witwatersrand in 2013 in which she majored in Law and International Relations. She thereafter completed her postgraduate LLB and graduated cum laude in 2015. Nabeela was also placed on the Dean’s Merit List.

She subsequently joined Koor Attorneys in 2016 to serve her articles of clerkship for a period of two years, during which time she was exposed to various areas of law.

Nabeela specialises as a Conveyancing Attorney.

Her practice areas include commercial and residential conveyancing. Her commercial real estate related experience ranges from drafting and vetting lease agreements, conducting property related due diligence investigations, attending to real estate transfers, registering security in the form of bonds (both mortgage and notarial), and attending to the registration of real estate subdivisions and consolidations.

Nabeela also has experience in attending to real estate transfers as part of commercial transactions such as the sale of letting enterprises or businesses as a going concern.

Nabeela has provided legal real estate related services to a wide range of clients including listed and unlisted entities, financial institutions, multinationals, and high-net private individuals

As a Notary Public, she also attends to various notarial work which includes the registering of notarial bonds and the preparation and registration of ante- nuptial contracts. In addition she also attends to notarial authentication and attestation of documents for use abroad.
