Faizel Mooi
Faizel Mooi is an attorney and accredited arbitrator with over 20 years of experience in labour, employment and criminal law.
He attained his degree in B. Journalism from Rhodes University in 1986 and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Witwatersrand in 1990.
Faizel has been a part-time Commissioner with the CCMA since 2000. He is an experienced litigator, mediator and arbitrator. Faizel initiates and chairs disciplinary enquiries, prepares clients for internal and adjudicative processes, facilitates section 189 processes and represents at bargaining councils. Faizel is efficient, dedicated and professional.
